Their are going to be moments in your life where you will have to focus on one thing and let the others things rest . Are you stressed ?
Have you been eating right? Have you been obsessing about your weight? Are you stressed?
Do you feel bad when you haven’t worked out ?Do you beat yourself up?
Do you feel pressure and anxiety right now with everything your doing?
Do you believe that you can multitask ? Is your multitasking stressing you out?
Are you feeling overwhelmed i this season?
What is a priority in one season may not be a priority in another season. There are going to be moments in your life where you will need to be satisfied in one area so you can shift the perspective into another area. You need to be able to allow some things rest while other things are being built.
In my mind, I am wonder woman, super woman, and everything to everyone. But that will stress you out and you need BALANCE which means you need to be allowed to release one thing so you can tend and care for another thing.
Stop beating yourself up. You are amazing friend. Always remember you have endless potential!
